International Parcel Shipping and Compensation
All products purchased from VLSIUSER are delivered through third-party logistics companies. We have no control over issues arising during the shipping process, such as parcel damage, delayed delivery, or shortages. If such issues are caused by the logistics company, VLSIUSER will not be held liable for any compensation.
1. Parcel Damage
VLSIUSER takes photos of the products, product quantities, and packaging before shipping. If customers discover damage to the parcel upon receipt, please contact the logistics company to file a claim. VLSIUSER will not be held liable for any compensation.
2. Delayed Delivery
VLSIUSER collaborates with third-party logistics companies, and all aspects of the shipping process are beyond VLSIUSER control. In case of delayed delivery, please contact the logistics company's staff or reach out to our customer service team for assistance in investigating the matter.
3. Shortage in Quantity
All VLSIUSER packages are shipped from China, and 20% of the packages will be inspected by customs upon arrival at the destination. Illegal products will be confiscated by customs. VLSIUSER is not responsible for any shortages in quantity.
Prohibited Items
- Goods prohibited from importation according to local national policies.
- Volatile, flammable, explosive, radioactive, or toxic substances.
- Hazardous goods, chemicals, liquids, firearms and ammunition, cultural relics, and antiques.
- Currencies of any country.
- Live animals.
- Obscene or indecent documents or items. However, articles sent as evidence in litigation by judicial or police agencies and dispatched between agencies via registered mail or parcels are exempt from this restriction.
- Lottery tickets and related advertising flyers. However, those issued by judicial or police agencies as evidence in litigation and sent between agencies via registered mail or parcels are exempt from this restriction.
- Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may hinder postal handling.
- Publications, books, materials, or articles containing reactionary or obscene content.
